When you register for SIVACE, we collect basic signup credentials including your name, corporate email address, business phone number, and billing information (processed securely through certified payment gateways).
B. Website Visitor Interactions
When a visitor interacts with the SIVACE chat widget on your website, our AI assistant collects information required to capture leads and resolve questions:
- Chat Transcripts: Complete text logs of the conversation.
- Lead Information: Names, emails, and phone numbers proactively provided by the visitor.
- Technical Metadata: IP address, browser type, device information, and referral URLs.
2. How We Use the Information
We process information to provide, improve, and secure the SIVACE services:
- To run and manage the real-time AI conversation loops on your site.
- To index and build search vector caches using your uploaded PDFs and FAQs.
- To process transactions and provide billing accounts.
- To sync captured lead logs directly to your HubSpot, Slack, or corporate systems.
3. Data Processing and AI Providers
To deliver advanced natural language capabilities, SIVACE works with secure AI compute resources (such as Google Gemini APIs). Visitor chat transcripts are processed through these APIs to compute replies. We ensure that our partners adhere to enterprise-grade confidentiality policies and do not use your proprietary or customer data to train public models.
4. Data Retention & Security
We store your data securely in AWS cloud architectures (including AWS DynamoDB and AWS ElastiCache). We retain Visitor Data as long as your client account is active, or until you choose to purge conversation histories inside your Control Center settings dashboard.
