By accessing or using our website, services, and software widgets (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the Service
SIVACE grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our AI business assistant widget on your approved domain websites strictly in accordance with these Terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use SIVACE.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and website installation code.
- You agree not to use SIVACE for any unlawful purposes or to send harmful, abusive, or spam-like content to website visitors.
2. Customer & User Data
In connection with operating the chat service, SIVACE processes data collected from your website visitors ("Visitor Data"). You retain all ownership rights to your Visitor Data. You grant SIVACE a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, compile, and process this data to deliver the chatbot functionalities, including training vector databases based on your uploaded documentation.
Trial and Inactive Account Data Retention: To optimize database performance and security, accounts on a free trial or expired plan that have not been logged into or active for 180 consecutive days will be marked as inactive. All high-volume visitor chat histories, bookings, and S3 vector search indexes associated with inactive accounts will be permanently deleted. The parent user account will be maintained as inactive to prevent trial abuse, and the user will not be eligible for additional free trial periods upon return.
3. API Usage Restrictions
SIVACE uses advanced machine learning models (including Google Gemini) to power conversational intelligence. You agree not to bypass, hack, or exploit the API keys embedded in our widget, or generate synthetic training data to clone SIVACE algorithms.
4. Limitation of Liability
SIVACE is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our AI works hard to deliver outstanding answers, SIVACE is not liable for any conversational hallucinations, incorrect pricing statements, or lost business deals resulting from automated chat interactions.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Service shall be instituted in courts located in Hyderabad, India.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page.
7. Free ChatBot Lite Tool
We offer the ChatBot Lite tool as a free service to assist businesses in growing. By embedding the ChatBot Lite script on your website, you agree to the following additional terms:
- Usage Policy: The tool is provided "as-is" for basic customer engagement. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the script execution, branding, or tracking tags embedded within it.
- Right to Revoke: SIVACE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke your license to use the ChatBot Lite tool, terminate script hosting, or block the chatbot from loading on your website at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.
- Branding: You agree to display the "Powered by Sivace" link on the widget. Modifying, hiding, or removing this link is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate termination of service.
- No Warranties: The free tool does not include any service level agreements (SLAs), API guarantees, or uptime warranties. We are not liable for any losses, database unavailability, or incorrect chatbot matching replies.
